The Department of Pharmaceuticals' PRIP program supports 25 new pharma startups, with 2,127 startups recognized in the sector by DPIIT as of June 2024.
Schemes like SISFS, FFS, and CGSS provide financial assistance to startups, with 205 incubators and 138 AIFs receiving funding as of June 2024.
Uttar Pradesh has seen the establishment of 214 new pharma industries in the last three years, contributing to the sector's growth.
